Code of Conduct for Conference attendees ensures a respectful, inclusive, and productive environment for all participants.

1. Respectful Behaviour

   1. Treat all participants, including speakers, staff, and fellow attendees, with respect and kindness.

   2. Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.

   3. Be mindful of cultural differences and personal boundaries.

2. Inclusivity

   1. This event is committed to providing an inclusive space for everyone, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, or religion.

   2. Avoid exclusionary practices, and foster a spirit of collaboration.

3. Constructive Feedback and Engagement

   1. Engage in discussions in a constructive and professional manner.

   2. Critique ideas, not individuals, and provide feedback that is intended to help improve and educate.

4. Adherence to Conference Guidelines

   1. Follow all instructions provided by conference staff, including venue/platform rules and safety regulations.

   2. Refrain from disruptive behaviour that could impact the experience of other attendees.

   3. Respect any designated quiet or confidential zones as indicated by the organisers. (for in-person events)
